  • How Long Will Shipping Take?
    Your order will be packed and shipped off within 2 weeks of placing your order. Your order will then be shipped using Australia Post. As we ship worldwide, time frames vary country to county, Please see Australia Post service updates for further. Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays.   • I’ve Received My Order And Something Is Wrong!
    If you have received your order and there is something missing / broken please get in contact by emailing us straight away once the order has arrived at jellybeanandpeanut@hotmail.com Please include your order number in the title of the email.
  • Refund Policy
    Due to each item being customised to your liking, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We will gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived which are not what you've ordered. Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unwashed, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. All Jelly Bean and Peanut products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns are not offered for normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products. Returns should be posted via insured traceable mail in a secure package at the customers expense. Please email jellybeanandpeanut@hotmail.com to process your return.
  • Cancellations & Amendments
    Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to: Change of delivery address Change to colours and sizes Adding or removing items Applying discounts Full order cancellations Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
